Damage repairs

If you have a Parbat product that needs repair or if you have encountered a quality problem, please send us the following information to orders@parbat.it:

A clear image of the damaged area
A copy of the receipt / invoice (if possible)
Order number

Once we have received the information, we will indicate the best possible solution for you 

Our repair service is free. You will be required to pay a local shipping fee to send your package to our office. All subsequent costs will be borne by Parbat.

If the article is deemed irreparable, we can, at our discretion, work out an alternative solution for you.

Guaranteed used

When purchasing a Parbat product, the user gets a product with a guaranteed value.

That is, the user may, before purchasing a new product, choose to return the previous used product.

The used product will then be evaluated and converted into value by Parbat, which can then be subtracted from the value of the new product in the form of a coupon or discount code.
